Just to give you a picture of what we
do, and conduct in our club as
activities, I will try to write some
mini recaps for info in web-site.

Four people showed-up.
Chris Freeman couldn't show up
(he got called to work early).
* Tae Kwon Do,
* Jeet Kune Do,
* Tang Soo Do.
1) Introduce each other.
Brief explanation of what goals that
club wants to achieve, etc.
Run 5 minutes in laps, Stretching,
warming-up, and loosening-up.
JKD punch, parry, counter-punch.
Agility, fluidity movements.
Sets of three:
10 jabs (5 left, 5 right)
10 low kicks (5 left, 5 right)
10 elbow attacks (5 left, 5 right)
10 lock and knee to head attacks
(5 left, 5 right)
TKD/Tang soo do Low-kicks, and
High Kicks combinations.
Use focus pads.
4) Concepts, and combination movements.
Jeet Kune Do movements, and
ways to attack, and counter-attacks.
Light body-contacts for feedbacks.
5) Discussions on how to improve club,
and how to run club.
We had great time, and we believe that
things worked well.
We'll just have to start small, and
grow from there. We'll just try to
spread information via "word of mouth."
8AM ~ 10AM Monday/Wednesday seem to
work/fit well. So for the time being,
we'll just keep the time for now.
As we get more feedbacks, we can get
more confirmation if we can finalize
